2016-17년도 개학일이 이번주로 성큼 다가왔습니다. 9월 17일 9시 30분에 개학하니 아직 등록을 안 하신 분들은 www.koschool.ca 의 메인페이지 우측에 있는 온라인등록신청서 박스를 누르셔서 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
Manitoba Korean School starts this Saturday on September 17, at 9:30am. Thank you to those, who have registered online and those, who have not done so, please register online at www.koschool.ca by clicking the Online Registration Form box.

안녕하세요.

2016-17 학년도가 시작되었습니다. 재학생과 신입생 모두 진심으로 환영합니다. 지난해에 이어 한글을 배우고 한국문화와 전통을 익힐수 있는 즐거운 교육의 장이 되도록 최선을 다 하겠습니다. 학생들도 다양한 교육프로그램과 행사들을 통하여 재미있고 즐거운 학교 생활이 되었으면 하는 바램입니다. 이번 소식지에서는 한글반, 문화반 편성과 담임교사, 교실, 그리고 10월 말에 있을 공개수업에 관한 안내입니다. 10월 8일은 휴교입니다.

The new school year of 2016-17 has started. All staff, teachers, and volunteers welcome those, who returned this year, and newly enrolled students. School staff and teachers will do their best to make the Manitoba Korean School a great place for learning Korean language, culture and traditions. It is our sincere hope that students enjoy the school programs and events. This newsletter introduces the teachers of each Korean language and cultural activity class and classrooms, as well as the Open Class scheduled at the end of October. There is no school on October 8.

** 성인3반은 교실부족 관계로 토요일 오후 12-2시에 101호실에서 수업이 진행됩니다.

Due to the lack of classrooms, Adult Korean Class 3 is scheduled to be held on Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm, at #101.

** 문화반은 9월 24일까지 바꿀 수 있습니다. 9월 24일에 자녀들의 최종반을 담당교사에게 통보 부탁드립니다. 학생수가 4명 미만인 반은 취소됩니다.

Students may change cultural activity classes within 2 weeks of the first class. Please notify the homeroom teacher of your final choice by September 24. Classes with fewer than 4 students will be canceled.

9월 17일 11시-12시, #99호 정기총회 General Meeting, Sept. 17, 11am-12pm, #99

2016-17년도 첫 정기총회가 있으니 많은 참석 부탁드립니다. 2015-16 결산보고, 2016-17 사업계획안 및 예산안, 이사 및 감사 선출이 있으며 모든 사항은 총회에서 인준을 받아야 하므로 학부형들의 참석이 필수입니다. The First General Meeting is scheduled on September 17, from 11am to 12pm at #99. The Auditor’s report on 2015-16, school programs and events and budget for 2016-17, election of new Directors and auditors are on the agenda. All matters are subject to the approval at the General Meeting; so your attendance is important.

10월 22일 공개수업 Open Class, October 22

10:00 am-10:50 am: 유치1, 2, 한국어1반 Kindergarten 1, 2, Korean Class 1

10:00 am-11:50 am: 한국어2, 3, 4, 5, 심화, 기초성인1, 성인2 Korean 2, 3, 4, 5, Advanced, Basic Adult 1, Adult 2

12:00 pm-02:00 pm: 성인3반 Adult Korean 3

12:00 pm-12:50 pm: 문화반 Cultural Classes

10월 29일 학부모/성인반 학생 상담 Parents/Adult Class-Teacher Meeting, Oct. 29

10월 29일부터 11월 중에 학부모/성인반 학생 상담이 있으니 많은 참여와 협조 부탁드립니다.

Parents/Adult Class-Teacher Meeting is scheduled on October 29 and throughout November. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
