POTLUCK ANNOUNCEMENT FROM GRANDS’N’MORE WINNIPEG.
On Saturday, September 15th at 6pm Grands’n’More Winnipeg is hosting a potluck supper at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, 2700 Portage Avenue.
Tickets are $10 plus an item for the potluck supper.
All money raised from the sale of tickets supports the Grandmothers to Grandmothers campaign of the Stephen Lewis Foundation.
The program will include a presentation, “Women and Water in Africa”,by Nancy Cosway, Co-chair of Grands’n’More. Nancy, who has worked in the water sector in Africa for over twenty years, will highlight the issues and responsibilities facing women as they strive to provide potable water for their families.
At the potluck you will also have the opportunity to do some shopping as well as to hear about upcoming activities and opportunities from Grands’n’More.
